- It does not hold client funds.
- It does not independently execute trades for the user.

Section 9
Regulatory Responsibility
Regulatory, licensing and compliance obligations associated with financial services remain with the authorised FSP. nTrader’s role is limited to software technology.
Section 10
Geographic Restrictions
The Mobile Application may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where legal, regulatory or operational requirements make access unavailable or inappropriate.
Section 11
User Responsibilities
Users are expected to use the Application in accordance with applicable law, comply with their FSP agreements, and protect login credentials and other account access information.
Section 12
Data and Privacy
Use of the Mobile Application is also subject to the nTrader Privacy Policy and the applicable data handling terms published by nTrader.
Section 13
Complaint Handling and Institutional Compliance Escalation
nTrader is not a financial dispute resolution body, arbitrator or ombudsman.
13.1 Scope of Complaint Forwarding
When a complaint concerns a financial institution using the nTrader platform, nTrader may pass the complaint to that institution’s designated compliance or support contact so the institution can address it.
13.2 Escalation Process
- Initial forwarding is generally targeted within about one business day.
- A first reminder may be sent after about five business days if there is no response.
- A further escalation notice may follow after another five business days.
- Where appropriate under the applicable commercial relationship, unresolved compliance matters may affect software services supplied to the institution.
13.3 Compliance Scope Limitation

Responsibility for the underlying financial dispute remains with the FSP.
Section 14
End User Relationship Confirmation

- Using the Mobile Application does not create a financial relationship with nTrader.
- nTrader supplies software access only.
- nTrader is not a party to the user’s financial agreements with the FSP.
Section 15
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the Mobile Application and related nTrader software remain with nTrader or its applicable rights holders.
Section 16
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law and subject to the complete EULA, nTrader does not assume liability for trading or financial losses, the acts or omissions of an FSP, market volatility, or trading outcomes.
Section 17
Termination
nTrader may suspend or terminate access when required by law, regulatory obligations, contractual requirements or a breach of the EULA. Loss of access may also interrupt terminal interface connectivity to the FSP’s systems.
Section 18
Updates
The EULA may be revised from time to time. The current version will be made available through official nTrader channels.
Section 19
Governing Law
The Mobile EULA is governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements.
Section 20
Platform Distribution and Third Party Store Disclaimer
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for nTrader’s Mobile Application, its maintenance, support, functionality or content. nTrader’s software responsibilities are limited to the scope stated in the EULA.
Financial services, transactions and disputes remain between the end user and the relevant FSP. nTrader does not endorse a specific FSP, and users should independently verify the regulatory and legal status of any provider they choose.
